We strongly believe in our BP Men/Bpure Co skin care, supplements, and men's grooming products we want you to be fully satisfied. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the BP Men/Bpure Co products purchased directly through our website (www.bpure.co).
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return (a) one opened bottle and (b) any unopened bottles to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in a return but you do need to notify us by email at krystal@bpurebeautybar.com with the following information:
(a) the original name of the purchaser and the ship-to address (so we can assure that the refund or replacement is handled accurately)
(b) the number of bottles being returned (opened or unopened)
(b) whether you want a refund or replacement
(c) the reasons (if any) for a refund or replacement
No refunds or replacements will be processed prior to receipt of your email.
If any bottle or supplements in it that you receive are damaged or arrive after its expiration date, we will promptly send a replacement. If you want a replacement for more than one bottle, you must return all of the bottles that you want to replace.
Please note that if you purchased the BP Men/Bpure Co supplements, skin care or men's grooming from Amazon or somewhere else and are not satisfied for any reason, you MUST return the product in accordance with their return policies.
All refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your refund as soon as possible. After we process your return, it typically takes 5 business days to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
The original shipping charges, including customs and taxes, will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement request if we honestly believe that it may be fraudulent in nature.
Return Instructions
Please enclose a copy of your order receipt with the returned bottles. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please send your products to the name and address below. You are solely responsible for the cost of the return shipment, including customs and taxes.
You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
